Creation
ProjOn was founded in 2002 by Wim Vanden Borre, after a succesfull carreer of 12 years with Asea Brown Boveri and Barco.
The founder owns a Master Degree for electrical and electronical systems with a specialty in telecommunication and a study (design & development) on 3D wave generators for hyperthermia.
With ABB, experience was built up in the domain of rotating equipment, transformers, UPS systems, MCC's, MV and HV switchgear, scada systems
With Barco, experience was built up in the domain of electronics and communication, product marketing, production and programme management, expediting and overall management.
ProjOn was created to provide project support and engineering to the local industry. This still is the principle activity of ProjOn.
